Become a Vendor at the Campbellsville Heritage Festival
The Campbellsville Heritage Festival is held each year on the first Saturday in October, bringing together local residents and visitors for a day celebrating the history, heritage and community spirit of Campbellsville, Tennessee.
We welcome applications from vendors offering handmade goods, crafts, food, specialty products, services, educational displays and other items of interest to festival guests.
Vendor spaces are limited, and applications are reviewed to help provide a good variety of offerings throughout the festival.
Vendor Space and Fees
Standard vendor spaces are approximately 12 feet by 12 feet.
- $20 per site without electricity
- $25 per site with festival-provided electricity
The festival is an outdoor, rain-or-shine event. Vendors should provide their own tables, chairs, display materials and weather protection.
Setup coordinators will be available beginning at 7:30 a.m. on the day of the festival. Vendors who need additional setup time or have special requirements should contact one of the festival organizers in advance.

Submitting an application does not guarantee a vendor space. Due to site availability and the festival’s goal of offering a variety of vendors, applicants will be notified when participation is confirmed.
Applicants who are not accepted may choose on the application to have their check returned or destroyed.
